For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related policies published by 3jljl:

By accessing the 3jljl platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 3jljl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3jljl. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. To access the full range of games and services on 3jljl, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 3jljl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3jljl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that 3jljl has not been negligent in its own security obligations.

3jljl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all deposits made on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• No Credit: 3jljl does not offer credit facilities. All gameplay must be funded from your available real-money balance or eligible bonus funds.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jljl platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, payment fraud, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 3jljl platform or its underlying systems.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.

All content on the 3jljl platform, including but not limited to the 3jljl brand name, logo, trademarks, game content, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of 3jljl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 3jljl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 3jljl platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 3jljl content.
• Use any 3jljl trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 3jljl platform.

Any unauthorized use of 3jljl's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which 3jljl reserves all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jljl and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 3jljl platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical errors, system outages, or platform unavailability.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access or security breaches not attributable to 3jljl's negligence.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the 3jljl platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond 3jljl's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or regulatory actions.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, 3jljl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. 3jljl's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.

3jljl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all 3jljl players:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions. 3jljl shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or opportunities arising from account termination where such termination is due to your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 3jljl's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 3jljl, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication with our support staff.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 3jljl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

3jljl operates in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe that 3jljl has acted in breach of applicable regulations may raise a complaint with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

3jljl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the 3jljl platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms & Conditions came into effect. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
